Pre Sale Questions
These terms refer to the concentration of fragrance oils. Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter (usually 4-8% oil) and lasts around 4-6 hours. Eau de Parfum (EDP) is more concentrated (8-15% oil) for longer wear. Extrait de Parfum or pure Perfume has the highest concentration and longest longevity.
Review the olfactory pyramid (top, heart, and base notes). If you know you enjoy deep, woody scents, look for sandalwood or oud in the base notes, as those linger the longest.
Deliveries within Cairo and Giza typically take 1 to 2 business days. Shipping to Alexandria, the Delta, or Upper Egypt usually takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on the courier.
YIf your item has a manufacturing defect (such as a leaking bottle or a broken spray nozzle) or arrives damaged from transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please attach a clear photo or video of the issue when reaching out.
Keep them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid storing them in the bathroom; the constant fluctuations in heat and moisture can degrade the fragrance notes over time.
Yes, but only if the product remains in its original, unopened condition, returns and exchanges are only accepted within 2 days of receipt if the factory cellophane wrapper is completely sealed. Once opened or sprayed, fragrances are strictly non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
